1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "User") and ph578 ("ph578," "we," "us," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ph578 online gaming platform available at ph578.app and any associated mobile or browser-based applications.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by continuing to use the ph578 platform after any update to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the ph578 platform immediately and close your account.

2 Definitions

3 Eligibility

3. Not be a Prohibited Person as defined in these Terms;

Accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed to ph578's satisfaction will be suspended pending verification and may be closed if verification is not provided within a reasonable timeframe.

4 Account Registration and Management

4.1 One Account Policy

Each eligible individual may hold only one active ph578 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is a material breach of these Terms. ph578 employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts, including device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ph578 may close all associated accounts, void any balances, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

4.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. This includes your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any payment method details submitted. ph578 is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect account information provided by the Player.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph578 login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received via SMS. You must notify ph578 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account. ph578 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. ph578 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access attributable to your failure to secure your credentials.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your ph578 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method. Accounts closed voluntarily may be subject to a cooling-off period before re-registration is permitted.

5 Account Verification (KYC)

ph578 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. This Know Your Customer ("KYC") process requires you to submit:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document (passport, Philippine driver's license, national ID, or equivalent);
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identification document;
• Proof of payment method ownership where required (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name matching the account details).

ph578 may request additional documentation at any time for ongoing compliance purposes, including source-of-funds documentation for large transactions. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of receiving a request will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality and may lead to account closure.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits to ph578 are accepted via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and supported cryptocurrency methods including USDT, BTC, and ETH. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the ph578 account holder. ph578 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

ph578 does not charge deposit fees. Processing times vary by method: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited within seconds; bank transfers may take 1 to 3 hours during banking hours; cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the requisite number of blockchain confirmations for the relevant network.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from ph578 are subject to the following conditions:

• The account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals are paid only to the same payment method used for deposit, registered in the account holder's name;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
• Standard daily withdrawal limits apply, with higher limits available to VIP-tier members;
• Withdrawal requests are processed seven days per week, including Philippine public holidays;
• GCash withdrawals typically complete within 10 to 30 minutes; bank transfers typically clear within 1 to 3 hours during banking hours;

6.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive after 12 consecutive months without any login, deposit, or wagering activity. ph578 may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts with a positive balance after this period. You will be notified in advance of any such fee being applied. Fees will not reduce an account balance below zero.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional items issued by ph578 are subject to the specific terms published on the ph578 Promotion page at the time of the offer. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are credited to your account as a separate balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified expiry period; unused bonus funds expire automatically;

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method;
• ph578 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

ph578 actively monitors bonus activity for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: wagering only on low-risk outcomes to fulfill requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, ph578 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the relevant account(s).

8 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

ph578 offers games provided by third-party software providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, and NetEnt. Each game is governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed game rules and the underlying game software, the software result shall be considered final.

8.1 Game Integrity

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph578 and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the platform on behalf of a third party;

• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such exploit must be reported to ph578 support immediately; winnings generated from known or unknown exploits are void;

• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent access restrictions or account verification processes.

10 Account Suspension, Closure, and Forfeiture

ph578 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes;
• The account holder is a Prohibited Person;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players;
• ph578 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.

Upon permanent closure for breach of these Terms, ph578 reserves the right to void and forfeit the account balance, including both real money and bonus funds, and to withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. Where closure is not attributable to player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

11 Responsible Gaming

ph578 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications at set time intervals to stay aware of session duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). No games can be played during a cooling-off period.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph578 platform — including but not limited to the ph578 brand name, logo, website design, written content, graphics, software interfaces, and game integrations — is the intellectual property of ph578 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the ph578 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any ph578 content without prior written consent from ph578. Scraping, data mining, or automated access to the platform is strictly prohibited.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph578 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming winnings due to technical failures, disconnections, or platform unavailability;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information published on the platform;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials;
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or telecommunications carriers.

ph578's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ph578 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits ph578's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

14 Privacy and Data Protection

ph578 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at ph578.app/privacy-policy. By registering an account on ph578, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph578 processes personal data including name, mobile number, date of birth, identity documents, payment method details, IP address, device identifiers, and gaming activity records. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and where you have opted in, promotional communications.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ph578 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph578 will provide notice via the platform or via the email address or mobile number registered to your account at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where earlier implementation is required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the ph578 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must discontinue use of the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.

16 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ph578 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact ph578 support in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. ph578 will endeavor to respond to and resolve any legitimate complaint within a reasonable timeframe. Records of all formal complaints are retained by ph578 for compliance purposes.
